Accepted Payment Methods
We process online payments via Shopify Payments and PayPal. The following methods are accepted on our store:
- Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay*
- Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay
- Online Payments: PayPal
*UnionPay availability depends on the card issuer and region (supported for international transactions via Shopify Payments - Japan). If your UnionPay card is not accepted at checkout, please use Visa/Mastercard/Amex or PayPal.
Secure Transactions
All payments go through SSL-encrypted checkout pages. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Transactions are processed by PCI DSS–compliant providers (Shopify Payments / PayPal).
When You Are Charged
Your payment method is authorized and charged at checkout to start production of your made-to-order item.
Currency
Orders are processed in USD by default. Prices shown in other currencies are estimates; your bank may apply exchange rates and/or international transaction fees.
Fees & Surcharges
We do not add any extra processing fees. Your bank or card issuer may charge currency conversion or international fees.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or provider (typically 7–10 business days). For details, please see our Return & Refund Policy.
