Order Processing Time

All items are made to order. We will send your design proof within 24 hours of purchase. After approval, production takes 3–5 business days depending on product complexity and seasonality. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays (Chinese New Year, National Day, Labor Day).

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Standard Shipping: $9.80 USD, estimated 10–14 business days
  • FedEx Express: $19.80 USD, estimated 5–7 business days
  • DHL Express: $29.80 USD, estimated 3–5 business days

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping based on your order value (United States & United Kingdom only):

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $59 USD
  • FedEx Express: Free for orders over $119 USD
  • DHL Express: Free for orders over $199 USD

We are unable to ship to other regions at this time.

Duties & Taxes

All import duties, VAT, and customs charges are covered by MemoriaStella. Customers will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.

Shipping Timeframes & Delays

Transit times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons. While these are outside our control, we will fully support you in tracking your order and ensuring safe delivery.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@memoriastella.com. If a package is confirmed lost, we will reship your order at no cost or provide a full refund.

Damage-Free Guarantee

We guarantee safe delivery. If your product arrives damaged during transit, we will send a free replacement at no additional cost.

Promotional Free Shipping on Specific Products

From time to time, certain products on our website may display a “Free Shipping — limited time” badge. When this badge appears on a product page, the standard shipping fee for that item is waived during the stated promotional period, subject to the terms below.

Key Terms

  • Limited-time offer: Valid only for the dates shown on the product page (or while the badge is displayed). We may modify or end a promotion at any time.
  • Regions: Unless otherwise stated on the product page, promotional free shipping applies to deliveries to the United States and the United Kingdom only.
  • Service level: Applies to our standard shipping service. Expedited services (if selected) will be charged at the normal rate.
  • How it shows at checkout: The discount appears as Promotional Free Shipping for the eligible item(s) in your order. If you do not see it applied, please contact us before placing your order.
  • Orders with multiple items: The promotion waives shipping for the marked item(s) only. Other items in the same order are charged at the normal rate unless your cart qualifies for our site-wide free shipping threshold.
  • Site-wide free shipping threshold: Orders that meet our current threshold (USD $59) receive free standard shipping on the whole order. If the threshold changes, the value shown at checkout will apply.
  • Combining promotions: Promotional free shipping on a product cannot be combined with other shipping offers unless explicitly stated.
  • Returns & refunds: Shipping fees waived as part of a promotion are not convertible to cash. If a return causes the order to fall below a free-shipping threshold, we may deduct the original shipping cost when issuing a refund. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
  • Errors & updates: If a product was listed with promotional free shipping in error, we will notify you and offer a full cancellation/refund before fulfillment.
