General
All products at MemoriaStella are custom-made to order. We provide a design proof within 24 hours for your confirmation, and production takes 3–5 business days depending on product complexity and seasonality. Because our items are personalized, our return and refund policy is outlined clearly below.
Order Cancellation
- Before approval: If you are not satisfied with the preview, you may request free modifications or a full refund.
- After approval / production started: The order cannot be canceled, as the product is already custom-made based on your confirmed design.
Eligibility for Refund or Remake
You may request a refund or remake if, within 30 days of delivery, one of the following applies:
- The item arrives defective, damaged, or broken (including shipping damage).
- You received the wrong design, size, or product compared to your approved proof/order.
- The package is confirmed lost by the carrier after investigation.
Not eligible: Refunds/remakes are not available if incorrect photos, texts, or customization details were provided by the customer.
Do I Need to Return the Item?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we usually do not require a physical return. If a return is necessary, our support team will provide the correct return address and instructions.
Please do not send items back to the sender or package address without confirmation.
How to File a Claim
- Take clear photos of the issue (e.g., damage, defect, wrong item).
- Contact us via email: support@memoriastella.com or through our Contact Us page. Indicate whether you prefer a refund or a remake.
- Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.
Resolution Timeline
- Refund: If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days (processing time may vary by bank/credit card provider).
- Remake: If approved, we will produce and ship a new item following our normal production and delivery timeframes.
Fees & Responsibility
- No restocking fees apply.
- If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility (defect/damage/wrong item), we will cover all costs or waive the need for return.
- If a return is requested for reasons other than quality issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Unauthorized or unapproved returns may not be accepted.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, please contact us within 30 days. We will assist in carrier investigation. If confirmed lost/misdelivered, we will remake or refund.
One Resolution per Claim
You may choose either a refund or a remake per claim, not both.
